Booking Process

 

1.      Please register here, or follow the following 6 steps to guarantee your space. 

 

Booth assignment: The earlier one applies and pays, the earlier his booth will be assigned.

 

1.     Contact the Organizing Committee for details of available space via E-mail: info@stonefair.org.cn, info@cxisf.com. Tel: 0086-592-5959616/ 5959618 or Fax: 0086-592-5959611

2.     Review the Floor Plan and select your preferred booth locations. All subsequent booking will be taken on a strictly first come first served basis.

3.     Fill in the Space Application Form, stamp it with an authoritative seal, then fax or E-mail it to the Organizing Committee.

4.     Remit 50% of the total space cost as deposit to the organizing committee within 5 working days. The booth shall not be reserved without receipt of relevant costs.

5.     Submit the LOGO and a brief introduction of your company (within 200 words) to the Organizing Committee, as the information will be put in the Official Catalogue 2012.

6.     Deadline for booth application is Nov. 20, 2011. All the balanced payment should be paid up before Nov. 30, 2011.

Note: The shell scheme is a modern aluminum structure with walls. Each shell scheme is equipped with 3 panel walls, 1 table, 2 chairs, 2 spot lights, 1 5A/220V socket, 1 waste basket, 1 facial board with exhibitors’ name.

 

Raw space is only available for exhibitors who wish to have stands of their own design constructed. The maximum floor load for the exhibition halls is: 3.5T/ m2. Any overweight articles will be denied entrance.

 

                   

 

Prepare for the Show

 

After booth reservation, you need to follow the following steps in time to prepare your booth for showing.

1. Send us the contact details and brief introduction of your company within 200 English words, which we will publish on the official catalogue for free. Deadline: Nov. 30, 2011.

2. Prepare the exhibits including your products, brochure, business cards, etc. before Jan. 5, 2012.

3. Contact our appointed Freight Forward to arrange the shipment and custom clearance before Jan. 10, 2012.

4. About the decoration of your booth: If your space is raw space without facilities, you need to contact with a booth-decoration company for a design of your booth before Feb. 15, 2012. If your space is a standard booth (Shell Scheme) with facilities, you don't need to worry about this item.

5. Prepare your VISA to China: It is recommended to apply for the VISA before Jan. 30, 2012. We can provide VISA Invitation Letter for you. Please kindly note that the Chinese Embassy may have a Chinese New Year holiday in February.

6. Arrange the accommodation: we will email you the favorable prices of the hotels before Jan. 2012 and help you to book the room if you need.
