VISA APPLICATION TO CHINA

All foreigners MUST obtain an Entry Visa before proceeding to China. Exhibitors are strongly recommended to process the application two months before departure from the country of origin.

The Organizing Committee of Xiamen Stone Fair provides the Official Invitation Letter free of charge to assist exhibitors and trade visitors in Visa procedure. We will coordinate and forward the information of the application to the Chinese authorities for issuing the Invitation Letter, which will be ready within 5 working days and presented to your company by Fax or E-mail.

ATTENTION!

• The Official Invitation Letter we provide is NOT a Visa, but ONLY AN INVITATION that helps you gain a Visa from Chinese Embassy/Consulate in your country;

• Only the Visa Invitations during the fair period can be provided;

• Passports must be valid for at least SIX MONTHS beyond the intended date of entry into China;

• The first page (the page with your photo) of your passport is necessary, please scan it and attach it to info@cxisf.com;

• Attendees from IRAN, PAKISTAN, BANGLADESH, SRI LANKA, etc., should also provide the Business License of your company;

• To require an original Official Invitation Letter, please provide your account number of DHL/TNT/FedEx to us at info@cxisf.com.
