讲稿摘要 /Abstract of Speech:

       针对如何与建筑师建立良好合作的主题,本演讲将会围绕渠道建设的重要性和面对建筑师的关系营销两大主题展开讨论,透过对传统石材行业的解析,认识空间设计师与建筑师之间的本质差异,给予有效对接建筑师提供项目资源的方法。同时在与建筑师的相处沟通中,理解建筑师真正的心理需求,从而建立持续稳定的交流,达成策略布局和协同作战的最终目的。


To develop the topic around how to build sound cooperation with architects, this speech will center around and discuss about the importance of channel building and direct relationship marketing with architects. By dissecting the traditional stone industry, this speech will help people to get to know the fundamental difference between space designers and architects, and propose the methods to contact architects to provide the latter with project resources. It will help with the understanding of the real demands of architects with which a consistent and stable communication can be built, so that the final goal of strategic layout and coordinated cooperation can be realized.
