酒店预订需求表

1、请您务必详细填写此份预订表，组委会工作人员将根据您填写的信息进行预订，若预订成功，酒店工作人员会直接与您联系；
2.
展会期间的预订一般需要信用卡担保，一些酒店还会要求全额预付或预付首日房费作为定金，酒店工作人员会直接与您联系担保事宜，我司任何工作人员将不会要求您提供任何密码及有关账户隐私的信息；
3、请您添加组委会工作人员企业微信，跟进预订进程
1. Our staff will send your reservation request to the hotel. Once reserved successfully, the hotel will send you a confirmation letter by email in 3 working days.
2. Credit Card details are required as guarantee. Some hotels even require prepayment. Please contact with the hotel when you receive the hotel confirmation letter.
3. To ensure a smooth check-in, please contact the hotel prior to your stay.
* Attention: Any staff of Fairs will never ask for any password or security code.
